If the entry IdT> 0 is entered in the WDS_Trailer2Item object - it is an update to an existing record if IdT = 0 - it is a new entry

Return value

> 0 - Id of the semi-trailer

-1 - User not logged in
-2 - User does not have admin rights
-3 - Editing failed, please try again later
-5 - The record with the specified IdT is not found
-6 - Inserting a new db record failed
