WDS_CarWorkLogListItem[] _getCarWorkLogList3 ( string kodf , string username , string pass , string DateFrom , string DateTo [ , string UpdDate ] [ , int WithUnfinished ] )

Description

The function returns toolbar / vehicle operation record review with filter for time changes.
The function returns only the generated vehicle operation record with a condition for the last editing time greater than the UpdDate parameter.
Beware: Functions can repeatedly return multiple editions of vehicle operation record.

string DateTo: end of time window in local time format dd.mm.YYYY hh:ii:ss

int WithUnfinished: Including unfinished routes
